112 Degrees Review
After reading my 112 Degrees review, I don’t think I will have to spend much time justifying why I’ve left this male enhancer off of my top male enhancers list. This supplement offers little value to the consumer, particularly when we compare it to other big proven male enhancement supplements. I can’t see how this supplement adds any sort of value to the consumer.
112 Degrees Review: A Weak Formula
112 Degrees doesn’t possess a lot of proven and essential ingredients that help a guy with lower libido or weak erections. And that’s really what the purpose of these supplements are. If you bounce down to the 112 Degrees ingredient section, I explain why.
Is 112 Degrees a scam?
This is an average to below-average supplement, but not a scam. There are working ingredients in the supplement. But I argue you can get much more powerful supplements for maybe a little more spend. If you already purchased 112 Degrees, don’t panic, you didn’t get totally ripped off or anything. However, I’d say you might end up having to buy another big brand if 112 Degrees fails to live up to your expectations. And that will likely be the case.
112 Degrees Claimed Benefits
112 Degrees claims it can help improve circulation, increase your sexual urges, and improve the overall sexual experience.
112 Degrees Review – Ingredients
I’m not going to throw any BS your way, 112 Degrees ingredients are pretty chilly in comparison to whatever the name might insinuate. I do not find this supplement to be all that competitive, as I’ve already mentioned, and this is the part of the 112 Degrees review that serves to make me feel in such a way.
The point of a supplement is to combine a series of proven ingredients for the purposes of lowering cost and increasing convenience for the consumer. That’s really the end game when it comes to making a powerful and competitive supplement. 112 Degrees just doesn’t accomplish this. Maybe because it is older and needs to be revived. Maybe they don’t care because they make enough sales. I don’t really know why.
What’s really in 112 Degrees?
Tribulus Terrestris is the core competency of this supplement. Tribulus Terrestris is a powerful ingredient that is often found in competitive supplements. Why? Because the stuff is generally shown to work. Tribulus Terrestris is known to improve body composition as well as increase sperm vitality in men (because of course, in men). Most any legit supplements aimed at improving male enhancement includes this ingredient. This isn’t an inclusion I praise, more one I expect as a baseline addition to any decent male enhancer out there.
The Pueraria Mirifica Root is a part of a plant that is said to help increase circulation in men. But I don’t find a whole heck of a lot of evidence that it actually does that. I find a lot of studies showing that it can help benefit women’s reproductive system. This is a “male” supplement, so that’s not a great attribute for any ingredients in it. Pueraria Mirifica Root is listed pretty high on the ingredient label, worsening the situation a bit. I’m not trying to be a hater, I’m just a bit unimpressed and bewildered by this ingredient addition.
Let’s continue our streak of being completely unimpressed by 112 Degree ingredients. Acai fruit. Yes, Acai is a superfood that’s great for people, but let’s be honest, should it really be slated as one of the top ingredients for helping men overcome sexual dysfunction? I say not. Why is it included? Because there is some science that says Acai helps improve blood flow. Blood flow into the male genitals is what negotiates a guy’s erection strength, so in this way, Acai is beneficial. I would say everyone should ingest Acai berries whenever possible, but maybe you don’t need it listed at the top of your male enhancer ingredients list.
Ginseng. Winner! 112 Degrees does everyone right by including Panax Ginseng into their supplement. Ginseng can boosts vital energy levels. A study in the International Journal of Impotence Research detailed that men who take ginseng for erectile dysfunction experience significant improvements of their symptoms.
In an earlier study, 86 men who had erectile dysfunction were given either 1,000 mg of ginseng extract twice a day or a placebo. After eight weeks, the men who had taken the ginseng scored significantly better on the IIEF than did the men who took placebo.
That’s good stuff.
Stress is a big driver of male sexual dysfunction. Many studies have shown that stress can lead to lowered libido as well as weaker erections. If you are having issues in either area, you most definitely should look into ways to lower your stress even beyond buying a male enhancement supplement. That said, L-Tyrosine has been shown to help naturally reduce anxiety. And yes, it is another 112 Degrees ingredient.
Honestly, this stuff does a lot of other cool things as well.

So yes, there are some good ingredients here. But enough? I say no way. If you look at the most recent supplement to launch in the industry, you can see what 112 Degrees now competes with. Check out this TEKMale review. Hop down to the ingredient label. And then come back here and attempt to justify buying 112 Degrees. Yes, 112 Degrees cost less, but the value is completely overshadowed by all of the newer top male enhancers.
112 Degrees Side Effects
Look, you should always see your doctor before taking any supplement, including this one. Overall, I don’t see much buzz about 112 Degrees side effects. But then again, I hardly see any buzz at all about them, so take that with a grain of salt. Some people have noted that ginseng makes them feel irritable. Things happen, all people are built differently, so do your due diligence before taking any supplement.
The Pros
- Some of the ingredients do not suck
The Cons
- Not enough ingredients that don’t suck
- Hard to justify buying this supplement after you compare it to other top 10 male enhancers.
112 Degrees Conclusion
Doesn’t make the cut for me. There is just too much competition out there to justify going with a supplement that has such a weak ingredient composition. You can get a lot more “pop” for your money. I think 112 Degrees is settling.
