eWhey is a protein powder supplement, just like many others on the market. It utilizes whey protein so that you can get the nutrients and energy ewhey reviewyou need in order to make the most out of all your workouts. eWhey didn’t make our top list of protein powders, and in this article, we’ll explain to you why that is.

The Company – Evolved Natural Solutions

eWhey is from a company known as Evolved Natural Solutions located in Jacksonville Florida. They stand behind their research and ingredients used in every single one of their products, so you can get faster results when it comes to a healthier lifestyle. If you would like to find out more on Evolved Natural Solutions you can visit their website. They also have a customer service line Monday-Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM which is 904.479.5667.

How Does It Work? What Are The Benefits?

The way that eWhey works is by utilizing a whey protein made from whey isolate. Whey isolate is a very easily digestible protein that sends nutrients and amino acids to your muscles extremely fast prior to or after workouts.

eWhey is part of Evolved Natural Solutions supplement line called Klean Athlete and is supplied in a few different flavors such as Vanilla, Chocolate, and Unflavored.

If you do decide on eWhey then the following would be the benefits that you may experience..

  • Muscle growth increased
  • Recovery time decreases between workouts
  • Gives you a boost of energy for a workout

eWhey Ingredients

When looking to purchase a protein powder supplement, you should consider two very important things. The first, and most important is the protein source. Whey protein is the best source and in my opinion the only source you should use if you are looking for results.

The three main whey proteins that you usually see in blends, are concentrates, isolates, and of course, the king of whey proteins, hydrolysate. The reason hydrolysate is considered the best, is because it goes through a process known as hydrolysis, which breaks down the protein so that when you mix it, it digests quicker than any other source of protein.

It is a bit unclear what sources of protein eWhey uses, which can be a little off-putting. On top of that, Evolved Natural Solutions has kind of done away with eWhey and has focused more on the other Klean Athlete products.

BCAAs or also known as Branched Chained Amino Acids are the second most important thing in any protein powder supplement. BCAAs are what help you to recover at a faster rate, and increase your energy needed to complete a rigorous workout.

Some companies will throw in additional BCAAs to the mix, which can be completely unnecessary if they use a high-quality source of protein, if they don’t use good protein, then adding BCAAs is mostly a ruse to making you think the protein powder is better than it actually is.

The following is the nutritional information you can expect from a single serving of eWhey…

  • Protein: 16 grams
  • Calories: 140
  • Fiber: 4 grams
  • Carbs: 12 grams
  • Fat: 1.5 grams

Honestly, this label is below average. The calories are on the high side, and the protein per serving is extremely low compared to so many other protein powders out there.

Pros

  • Easily digestible
  • Natural ingredients

Cons

  • Can’t seem to buy it anymore
  • Taste could be better
  • Protein per serving is low

In Conclusion

Let’s get straight to the point. eWhey isn’t anything to rave about. It is a below average protein, that you can’t even buy anymore. The protein per serving was extremely low, and it tasted bad. The bottom line is, there are so many other awesome protein powders on the market that will do a way better job. To start, you can read our top 10 list of best protein powders, and see how eWhey stacks up against the best. I hope this review was helpful. Thanks for reading!
