Core Evolution ReviewCore Evolution is a protein powder made from 100% whey protein isolate and is part of hundreds of other protein powders on the market. The best type of protein you can ingest is whey protein. Core evolution uses the second best source of protein but still didn’t make our top list of best protein powder supplements. In this review, we will break down this protein powder and explain to you why there are better products for the money you spend. Check out our list of the best protein powder supplements for more information.

The Company

Core Evolution is from a company by the name HIT Supplements. It has been very difficult to find much information about the company, and their website is practically non-existent on google. I have found though you can purchase their products from Google shopping, or Amazon. From the research we have done, this particular product only comes in one flavor, which is Vanilla.

How Does It Work? What Are The Benefits?

Core Evolution works just like any other protein powder that utilizes a quality protein source. This protein powder uses 100% whey protein isolate, which is great. It can be easily digested and provides you with all the nutrients and amino acids your body needs, that maybe other food sources can’t provide for you. If you want muscle growth, without a ton of fat, or carbohydrates, then whey protein is the way to go.

If you decide on Core Evolution, the benefits that you may experience are as follows…

  • Recovery time between workouts is reduced
  • Increases muscle growth
  • Provides you with more energy in the gym

The Ingredients

The protein blend in any protein powder is one of the most important aspects of the supplement you are taking, considering that’s what impacts the quality of a workout. Choosing a protein powder with high-quality protein is key to seeing results.

If you are looking into blends with multiple sources of protein, then we recommend you go no further. Mixing protein sources is just a way for companies to dilute the product, and make it seem better than it actually is. Stick to protein powders with one specific protein source, and always make sure it’s whey protein.

There are three types of whey protein, those being concentrates, isolates, and the best of them all, hydrolysate. Hydrolysate is the best whey protein, because it goes through a process in which it breaks up all those chains of amino acids so that your body has a much easier time digesting. If you are able to digest the blend quickly, then your muscles are fueled to achieve maximum growth.

Even though Core Evolution uses 100% isolate whey protein, there is still room for improvement and better blends on the market that use hydrolyzed whey protein. This source of protein will show you the greatest results.

The second thing to take into consideration when choosing a protein powder should be the BCAAs that it contains. Branched Chained Amino Acids are a great way to boost your body with energy and allow your body to recover faster in between workouts.

If you see that a blend is mixing additional BCAAs to their supplement, then chances are their source of protein is of lower quality. With a solid source of protein, the addition of BCAAs is unnecessary.

The label on a sports nutritional supplement says a lot about the product. In one single serving of Core Evolution, you can expect the following…

  • Total Fat: 1 gram
  • Calories: 101
  • Cholesterol: 5 milligrams
  • Carbs: 1 gram
  • Sodium: 190 milligrams
  • Sugar: 0 grams
  • Protein: 24 grams

Pros

  • Contains NO sugar
  • Easy to mix
  • Calorie count is low

Cons

  • Protein per serving is average
  • Doesn’t use hydrolysate
  • Very little flavor choices

In Conclusion

Core Evolution may have a decent looking label, but the protein per serving could be higher. On top of that, using hydrolysate would be a much better protein source for this blend, and would make it so much better. Before purchasing Core Evolution, we recommend that you read our top list of protein powder supplements, so that you can get the highest quality product for your money.
