Neuro 3X Review

Neuro 3X ReviewNeuro 3X is a nootropic pill that is known for making some rather bold claims about its effectiveness as a smart pill. The clams are mostly played out in marketing ads that you’ve potentially seen on Facebook claiming that Neuro 3X can help you achieve a “Limitless mind.” Clearly, the marketing strategy plays from the movie, Limitless, where a guy takes smart pills and makes bank from his new found intelligence. Our Neuro 3X review will look at this nootropic with a much more keen eye and see if it can live up to any of the claims.

In fairness, Neuro3X.com does not make incredibly bold claims, leaving me to believe that potentially an affiliate of their system created the ads. I’m not sure, either way, it is possible you’ve seen a Neuro 3X ad and that’s what has led you to me. And for the record, I don’t add this to my list of the best nootropics.

Neuro 3X Claimed Benefits

Neuro 3X claims to improve memory and your ability to recall information. It claims to enhance clarity and improve your overall focus. It also claims to “enhance concentration.” In the end, these are relatively basic claims that I’d expect to see on any nootropic’s packaging. These are the essential components and functions of a smart pill.

Neuro 3X claims to use “advanced ingredients” to achieve these results. The fact is, every supplement’s success is hinged to the ingredients (amount and quality) of which it contains. Neuro 3X claims that it is one specific ingredient in their formula that separates their product from the herd. But does it? Let’s have a deeper look at Neuro 3X ingredients and learn more.

Neuro 3X Ingredients – What’s The Scoop?

In all honesty, Neuro 3X is a rather robust formula that features a number of good nootropic ingredients. But the manufacturer of Neuro 3X bases most of its uniqueness and power on an ingredient combo known as phosphatidylcholine. This ingredient, according to Neuro 3X, “may have an effect to stimulate the growth of healthy brain cells.” They call this “neurogenesis.” The key is that supposedly phosphatidylcholine absorbs into the brain quickly.

So what does phosphatidylcholine really do?

First and foremost, phosphatidylcholine is naturally occurring in soy, eggs, and even mustard. It also goes by the name lecithin, but not accurately so. Lecithin and phosphatidylcholine do share the chemical occurrence of choline, however, they aren’t the same ingredients. Here’s the key, according to WebMD, phosphatidylcholine is able to produce acetylcholine, which is well known to help people with degenerative brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s.

Phosphatidylcholine is also known for its ability to help with eczema and poor blood circulation, even liver disease. It is even injected into fatty tumors to kill them off.

Point? Phosphatidylcholine is a powerful and robust ingredient and it certainly deserves the praise it gets. It is a bit off the beaten path in terms of typical nootropic ingredients, however, it is a refreshing addition in the case of Neuro 3X.

Neuro 3X also contains Ginko Biloba, Bacopa Monnier, Glutamine, and St. John’s Wort.

Ginko Biloba is as well known a supplement as any. Not only is it considered a viable nootropic ingredient for its ability to act as an anti-depressant and aid with concentration, it can also improve your overall blood flow throughout the body.

Glutamine is known for its ability to improve intestinal health and boost the immune system. It is also known to be health for the brain and help counter depression.

St. John’s Wort is another well-known supplement that helps stave off depression.

The skinny?

Neuro 3X is loaded up with good ingredients, but in terms of a nootropic, it is missing some key components. Its heavy on ingredients that boost mood and don’t get me wrong, depression and anxiety both contribute to poor concentration, however, that shouldn’t be the entire formula. I’m not sure this ingredient list will “pop” your concentration. These are great ingredients for mood, but maybe not so great for increased focus in the way many competitive nootropics work.

Pros

  • Loaded with viable, scientifically proven ingredients
  • Will help with anxiety and depression
  • Phosphatidylcholine is a unique ingredient not often found in nootropics

Cons

  • This is more of a mood enhancer than a pure nootropic

Conclusion

If you want a pure play on a nootropic, check out my top nootropics list. Neuro 3X is a worthy mood enhancer and there is no doubt that staving off depression can help with focus and concentration, however, there are nootropic formulas out there that are more streamlined for such matters.
