lumonol review
My new Lumonol review highlights a nootropic that’s widely popular and ultra-hyped. Yes, the makers of Lumonol have a lot of marketing money, but a lot of that money comes from the fact that Lumonol has a large following of happy, satisfied and shall I say, “focused” consumers.

The point of this Lumonol review is certainly not to overhype it beyond the hype it has achieved on its own. The point is to break down the nootropic ingredients and see if can understand exactly why this stuff works so well. This Lumonol review will be good, but like anything, do your reading. In the Lumonol ingredients section, I point out studies and research cases to support why the addition of specific ingredients adds value and function.

The manufacturer of Lumonol is Avanse Nutraceuticals. This company has a great consumer record. For everything else involving Lumonol, we have you covered. Either read this review in full or, skip to the section that matters the most to you. Additionally, swing by my best nootropics list and find some other worthy brain supplements, all with full reviews.

Lumonol Benefits

Lumonol benefits are based around improving memory, improving focus, increasing energy. That’s a rather consistent benefits trifecta, or rather, the nootropic industry standard pitch. In the case of Lumonol, it is a high-end brain supplement that lives up to the pitch. And you don’t have to go any further than the ingredients to discover why that is. If you only read one section of this review, read the Lumonol ingredients section. Clearly, me saying that is odd because if you are only reading one section and it is this one, you will now be reading two sections. Um, I’ll stop now.

Lumonol Ingredients

Lumonol ingredients are classified, by the manufacturer, into three distinct blends, all serving different purposes. In some ways, I feel like this is just Lumonol’s way to market the product as many of the ingredients really cross over into different blend function. The blends are focus, memory, and energy. “Energy” is the only true outlier in the blend segments. In many cases, an ingredient which helps you focus will also help you with memory. Because of this, I don’t divide up ingredients based on blend selection in my Lumonol review; rather, I just point out the individual ingredient’s purposes for simplicity sake.

Please note, unlike other nootropic review sites, I link to real scientific studies as well as insert nootropic ingredient videos where I can. Please feel free to bounce over and continue your research elsewhere. What’s important is that you get all the facts so that you end up choosing the absolute best nootropic available for you.

In order to achieve optimal brain function, the neurotransmitter, Acetylcholine, is an essential piece of the cognitive mapping puzzle. Without a healthy supply of Acetylcholine, the brain’s ability to focus and memorize is consequently compromised. A proper nootropic supplement would invariably need to accommodate this concept by fueling the production of new Acetylcholine and protecting current stores of it.

Alpha GPC is a Lumonol ingredient shown to help spawn the production of this neurotransmitter, which is often destroyed by a nefarious enzyme. As we age, the more our Acetylcholine is disrupted. Alpha GPC helps to restore it so that our cognitive function can be primed to focus and memorize at accelerated levels. Conceptually, this ingredient is incredibly important to the cognitive function equation. A nootropic supplement without it is a short sighted venture by the manufacturer. While you need more than just Alpha GPC, it is by all regards the most important ingredient on the Lumonol label.

The brain needs a healthy supply of blood flow, because, well, of course, it does. Blood flow is one of the fuels of the human body. But the brain, like many organs in our body, can get blood flow deprived and consequently deteriorate in functionality. Ginkgo Biloba is an ingredient proven through research to improve blood flow throughout the body. Ginkgo is used by dementia patients and even patients who possess symptoms of sexual dysfunction because blood flow is vital to improving a great many human functions.

The ability to learn is a skill. It is a function of the brain. And like any skill or function, it can be improved. In the case of Lumonol, ingredients, this is where Phosphatidylserine comes into play. This nootropic ingredient helps improve learning function within the brain. (Phosphatidylserine improves brain function)

Two ingredients help to control stress in the human body. L-Tyrosine, which can also help you with improved depth of sleep, and Nooept, which has been shown to also enhance memory function. Both of these should always be included in a nootropic stack. (L-Tyrosine memory benefits)

A downtrodden brain is a lethargic brain. And a lethargic brain won’t function with any immediacy or speed. Guarana is a nootropic ingredient known to help increase mental energy. (Improved cognitive performance in human volunteers following administering of Guarana)

What’s Good About Lumonol?

Well, if you read the Lumonol review in full, you are probably pretty aware that I endorse it. It is on my list of best nootropics for good reason. The Lumonol ingredients are scientifically proven (I linked above to valid research studies) and the price is affordable (or rather, competitive) and the blend is potent. They don’t short you at all. I don’t see anything bad here.

The only way this product gets passed on is if you decide to go with another one of our top rated nootropics on our best list linked a few sentences up. And hey, it is never a bad idea to way options. If, however, this is your last stop and you end up going with Lumonol, I don’t think you will end up disappointed. Either way, stop back by and toss us a comment. We’d love to hear more about your experience with the product, even if it happens to run counter to our assessment.
