Safety is pretty important. You don’t drive without wearing your seat belt. You don’t jump out of an airplane without verifying your shoot isn’t a load of empty Ragu cans. And you don’t watch Nicolas Cage movies without wearing mittens so that you don’t end up clawing your eyes out of your head. Being safe is a primal quest. And when it comes to testosterone boosting supplements, that quest for safety doesn’t change. Is Nugenix safe?
Ok folks, let’s take a chill pill for a second (only if it is a safe chill pill, of course). We get lots of letters on the daily asking us “is Nugenix safe?” This began happening after we added Nugenix to our top testosterone boosters after I wrote my Nugenix review.
Full disclosure: We have never received a letter. We only receive emails. But I felt like saying “letters” made me sound a lot more sophisticated and refined. But taking such a minor journalistic liberty for the sake of entertainment doesn’t change the importance of the question. Nobody wants to put anything unsafe inside of their body, even if they are suffering the consequences of low-T.
What Is Nugenix?
Well, as stated, I have a Nugenix review already written, so I’m going to quickly summarize that review here. Nugenix is a testosterone boosting supplement that’s intended to help stimulate the production of free occurring testosterone. After men turn 30, their testosterone decreases at a rate of 1% a year. That means every birthday party, you are a smidgen closer to decreased sexual drive, increased belly fat, insomnia and generalized fatigue.
Happy Birthday! Life sucks.
It doesn’t have to “suck,” though. Natural testosterone boosters, such as Nugenix and the ones listed in our top testosterone boosters can help men’s bodies stimulate new, natural testosterone. Nugenix safe ingredient combination stimulates free occurring testosterone in the male body. “IF” low-T is what ails you, reversing the condition could bring about a host of improvements in your life: A better sex life, more energy, less belly fat, etc.
What About Those Pharma Commercials?
When you ask “in Nugenix safe?” you might also consider asking how safe pharmaceutical testosterone medications are. Pharmaceutical companies have their hands in the low-T pot, the only problem is, they also have their hands in the profit jar as well. Pharma uses synthetic versions of the hormone, testosterone, rather than creating an environment in the body that is predisposed to naturally increasing testosterone. That’s what testosterone boosters such as Nugenix accomplish; and what they accomplish naturally.
Using synthetic testosterone in the body can be dangerous. Many people report bouts of acne, pain in their breast muscles, a deeper voice, mood swings and issues with sleep. When you use a natural testosterone booster, you aren’t at risk for these side effects. Testosterone boosters such as Nugenix rely on vitamins, minerals and herbs that are scientifically proven to help the body naturally produce testosterone. Testosterone injections from pharma mean you might look like you are back in High School in need of some Clearasil and sound like you are a 40-year-old man. Who needs all that?
Nugenix Safe Reviews
The reviews are out there. We have our own Nugenix review. But many Nugenix reviews exist. The product has been being used for a while now and there are no indications anecdotally that it causes any harm. If you read consumer reviews, they are all glowing. There are reports of extremely minor side effects, but you are increasing your testosterone, so that’s to be expected. Consumer reviews certainly do matter when it comes to anything we choose to purchase and put into our bodies. Heck, we care about consumer reviews before we purchase headphones.
All of our top 10 testosterone boosters are natural solutions and offer men a natural and easy way to increase testosterone. When it comes to Nugenix, the only thing not safe about it is that it cost a bit more than some of our other recommended testosterone boosters. The value might be a bit less than say, TestoTEK, which has more active ingredients and discloses ingredient amounts.
Nugenix does not disclose their ingredient amounts, they do however disclose the ingredients they use. The risk you run here is not knowing how much of each ingredient you are paying for. When it comes to Nugenix ingredients, they are great, something we determined in our review. But you might be overpaying, we simply can’t know without label disclosure. The manufacturer claims that they don’t disclose ingredients as a way to keep their formula a secret. I’m not so sure about that, to be honest. I buy testosterone boosters because they work. I want to see ingredient amounts. It’s always a better deal to purchase a booster that has the combined ingredients you need rather than purchase all the ingredients independent of one another.
