Is it Worth Your Money?
Alpha F1 is a widely sought after testosterone supplement used by men seeking solutions for Low-T. While it might be “sought after” by male consumers looking to boost their testosterone levels, our Alpha F1 review proved the product to be sub-standard and less efficient than a great many other available testosterone boosters.
So…what are the benefits of Alpha F1’s testosterone boosting supplement?
Alpha F1’s purported benefits include an increase in muscle mass, improved libido/sex drive and an overall increase in energy levels. Essentially, if you believe the makers of Alpha F1, you will be popping out of that phone booth leaving nerdy glasses behind, sporting a bad boy cape and living a life experienced only by the few chosen to live in an Axe Body Wash commercial.
Unfortunately, our review found this subpar testosterone booster mostly made you the guy stuck in the phone booth sans quarters being laughed at by passer-byers on their cell phones. To say the least, Alpha F1 didn’t make our top ranking testosterone boosters.
The nitty gritty (how this stuff works)
The simple: If you’re a man who has low testosterone, you likely suffer some unwanted consequences such as fatigue, low sex drive and a loss in muscle mass. You might also suffer from an increase in belly fat. Low testosterone is the fuel for gaining the physique of a drunken penguin while having the sex drive of a clay rock.
So the obvious: Increase your testosterone levels back to normal ranges, and you can reverse the aforementioned horrifying effects. And that, my friends, is what Alpha F1 claims to do. In simpleton terms, the product claims to increase testosterone levels and return you to your bearded, wood chopping, bear tackling, cedar smelling self.
Now, the complicated: You might be thinking of testosterone as fuel for the body. But unlike the fuel you put into a truck, adding an outside source of testosterone to your body’s engine doesn’t work well. Testosterone gels and hormone replacements add synthetic versions of testosterone to your body to replace the subpar levels. The reason this is a bad strategy is that your body may well reject the synthetic hormone, leaving you worse than before and with less cash.
Alpha F1 claims to be one of the testosterone boosters which does not function in this way, rather, it naturally boosts testosterone levels using a variety of handpicked ingredients. While we admire the integrity of Alpha F1’s chemical strategy, we do feel it comes up substantially short in accomplishing the end goal: Increased Testosterone.
What the heck is in Alpha F1’s ingredients?
Ingredients matter. Anyone who has ever eaten from the Whole Food’s hot bar knows this (yes, I read them all before pitching it on my plate). If it matters in our foods, then it certainly matters in our supplements. And moreover, it is incredibly relevant in concern with testosterone boosting.
So let’s have a look.
Eurycoma Longfolia Extract 100 MG
When it comes to Eurycoma Longfolia Extract, it might be more myth than reality. It is said to help the end goal of increased testosterone by subjugating the production of estrogen.
Ah yes, estrogen, the man killing hormone. Get too much estrogen occurring in your body and your body’s testosterone production dumps.
Sounds fantastic, right? Well, not so fast. Eurycoma Longfolia Extract hasn’t been shown to do what it says it will do. There just isn’t much evidence that it indeed contributes to lowering estrogen. This means that one of Alpha F1’s core ingredients resides on shaky ground, which puts the entire supplement’s ambitious pitch in question.
Zinc 20 MG
Zinc matters if you are a man. Many men eat oysters just for the fact that oysters are zinc loaded. Zinc has long been tied in with increased testosterone levels in men. So it is no surprise that Alpha F1includes it inside of their supplement as a way to help stimulate the hormone and reverse Low-T.
Vitamins B1 & B6 60 MG Total
B vitamins are the foundation for a great many health benefits. And yes, they’ve been shown to help increase the production of testosterone in the male body. Good call on their inclusion, but nothing groundbreaking or value-based is happening here.
So What’s Good?
A possible estrogen blocker, a few ingredients shown to help produce testosterone and seemingly nothing harmful inside the ingredients.
So What’s Bad?
Well, reading my “what’s good” is actually (ironically) “what’s bad.” The value is horrendous. Four ingredients, one of which (Eurycoma Longfolia Extract) offers little proof of actual core function. That leaves us with just three ingredients, all of which are available for a much lower price point individually, rather than purchased as a “multi-vitamin” inside of Alpha F1 testosterone booster.
Furthermore, higher ranked testosterone boosters reviewed on our site have way more potency. The essential ingredients offered by Alpha F1 are giving you 200mg’s per serving, as opposed to the 2000+ we typically find in competitors products.
So What Do WE Say?
Alpha F1 is a true bummer. It’s a low impact testosterone booster that oversells itself with subpar ingredient volume. The price is too high for what seems mostly to be an overstated multi-vitamin. You can do better when it comes to value and treating Low-T.
